Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Indoc Web Solutions PVT Ltd. Please review the following basic terms that use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
All Quotation provided by Indoc web solutions are valid for period of 30days from date of issue.Quotation not acknowledged within this time period must be re-issued.
All quoted prices,excluding where indicated,do exclude product and service charge.
Indoc shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the Services by the date agreed with the Client, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond Insight’s reasonable control. If a delay is likely, Indoc shall contact the Client and advise of the delay.
Installation and completion dates are an estimate and are dependant on the Client complying with its obligations and third parties complying with their obligations.
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the Services provided correspond with the Statement of Works or Packaged Service Description.
Any software provided as part of the Services is subject to any accompanying End User License Agreement and the terms thereof. The Client agrees to be bound by the same.
Indoc shall invoice the Client on the payment dates specified in the Statement of Works or in the Packaged Service Description,on acceptance of the Client’s order in respect of software; on shipment in respect of hardware; on completion of professional services or monthly in arrears in respect of recurring services unless otherwise agreed in writing; and in advance in respect of maintenance and support services..
Payment is due on presentation of invoice unless credit terms have been agreed in writing with Indoc.
The provision of any services outside the scope of the Services as set out in the Statement of Works or Packaged Service Description shall be billed to the Client at the then current Insight rates for such services.
Cancellation/Postponement Once a purchase order has been received for the services defined within the Statement of Works or Packaged Service Description, the Client will be liable for the following cancellation and postponement charges;
14 days or more in advance of agreed commencement date of Services - No Charge return, Notwithstanding the above, any built-to-order or non-cancellable services or software cannot be cancelled.
Changes to the services
Our software may be revised,changed,updated or modified by the Indoc softwares with or without notice.
